PagePup is a one-person team (Melik). I usually reply within 24-48 hours. To help me help you faster, please include in your email:

Quick answers
Speech recognition isn't working.
Check Settings → PagePup → Microphone access. Also turn off silent mode and make sure your child's mouth isn't more than ~30 cm (1 ft) from the device. Try moving Settings → Listening Strictness toward the "Gentle" side.
Page scanning extracts the wrong text.
Good lighting + holding the page flat are the most important factors. On glossy reflective pages, change the camera angle slightly. Handwritten books are not yet supported — only printed books.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PagePup → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep using PRO features for the remaining days.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, use Settings → Delete My Data. All session, vocabulary, and trouble-word records are deleted. Only the COPPA consent timestamp (a legal requirement) is retained.
My child stumbles when reading. What should I do?
That's completely normal! PagePup never penalises misreads — when a word doesn't turn green, just gently encourage your child. If Settings → Read-aloud Companion (PRO) is enabled, Page softly whispers the word for them.
