What age is PagePup for?
We designed it for early elementary readers — roughly ages 5 to 9. The speech recognition is tuned to be forgiving of kid-voice variations. If your child can sit and read independently, PagePup fits.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. Everything runs on the device. Use it on a plane, in a cabin, anywhere with no signal. The Friday recap notification is also processed locally — no cloud round-trip.
Which devices does it support?
iPhone and iPad on iOS 26 or newer. PagePup also works on devices without Apple Intelligence — only the AI features (weekly summary text, the chat) gracefully fall back to template text.
How much is PRO?
Final pricing is shown inside the app. All core reading + the parent dashboard are free. PRO adds: Live OCR, Chat with Page, Word Origins, Bilingual stories, the Dyslexia pack, the premium story library, and the monthly PDF report.
What languages are supported?
The speech engine is currently English-focused. Bilingual PRO stories show English with Turkish translations underneath — your child reads English aloud while you support meaning in Turkish. Full Turkish reading mode is on the roadmap.
I have multiple kids. How does that work?
Create a separate profile for each child. Vocabulary garden, progress, trouble words — everything stays separate. With Family Sync (PRO), your partner's iPhone sees the same dashboard.
